  • Qi Gong is an internal workout, the exercises are external movement with internal stillness.

Meditation is external stillness with internal movement. We prepare the body so the flow of energy moves freely throughout. Then we cultivate or store the Qi to create energy reserves. The benefits one can experience are: reduction of stress, improved mental focus and creativity, improved energy, and internal “rejuvenation”.
